Physical Therapist

Dana Weaver, DPT

Dr. Dana Weaver is a licensed Physical Therapist who holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and is passionate about helping patients regain confidence, function, and independence through personalized care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University in 2018 and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating in 2021.

Originally from Metter, Georgia, Dr. Weaver has spent many years moving across the country as a military spouse while her husband served 20 years in the United States Army. As her husband transitions into retirement and they return to South Georgia, she is excited to serve the community she calls home.

Dr. Weaver’s passion for physical therapy was inspired by witnessing the powerful impact of rehabilitation firsthand—both through friends who received physical therapy after surviving a helicopter crash while deployed and through her husband’s recovery following knee injury. These experiences shaped her patient-centered approach and deep appreciation for the role physical therapy plays in restoring quality of life.

She is vestibular rehabilitation certified and has a special interest in treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), helping patients safely and effectively return to daily activities with confidence. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Weaver enjoys working on her hobby farm, racing go karts, hunting, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
